He was a J.N. Tata Scholar at the London School of Economics from where he acquired the undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in Economics. He began his career as a Tata Administrative Service (TAS) Officer moving on to work with the Ministry of Commerce, GoI, as the Chief R & A Division of the Trade Development Authority, and then to the Ford Foundation as the Deputy Representative for India, Nepal and Sri Lanka, and thereafter to the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Canada, as the Regional Director for South Asia, and subsequently to Sustainable Project Management (SPM), Geneva as Director-India, and then to the Heron Health Technology Corporation, Canada, as the Managing Director – India and South Asia.
He has over five decades of experience in capacity and institutional development in South Asia, ASEAN and China. His country/region-specific experience also includes USA, Canada, and the European Union.
Rajesh Sharma

He is a graduate from the Delhi University. Rajesh has undergone specialized training at Tem International, Munich, in specialized products like ROTEM Delta, Platelet & Sigma. He is certified for train-the-trainer courses globally. Rajesh has nearly three decades of rich experience in pharma industry and marketing of diagnostic devices including concept selling. He has also worked in critical care segment with special focus on Patient Management System in various corporate and Govt. Hospitals.
He has done live demonstrations with training in Thromboelastometry across government and private hospitals pan India. Also, Rajesh has conducted more than 75 CMEs, and live demonstrations, related to ROTEM, in settings of Liver Transplant and Cardiac Surgeries in major Hospitals like AIIMS and the Rela Hospital, Chennai.

He is a graduate from the University of Mumbai. He is a trained technician, from Tem International Munich as well as a certified trainer for specialized coagulation diagnostic devices. Romit has over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship development, developing strategic framework for business development, concept selling, branding, and developing content for coagulation diagnostics, and delivering it at Continuing Medical Education forums/conferences.
Nirupam Pande
Creative Head
Nirupam has a Bachelors (Hons) from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and a Master’s degree in clinical psychology from the Delhi University. She has also completed professional courses from the University of Waterloo in (i) psychology of healing, (ii) film appreciation, (iii) fine arts, (iv) psychology and religion, (v) logic (philosophy), and in drama therapy from the University of Delhi.
She has two decades of experience with content creation for marketing and branding content and strategy with national and international enterprises like Atlantic Gulf and Pacific Company of Manila Inc. Additionally, she is experienced with scripting, designing and organizing production of marketing films.

Mr. Pande has over four decades of experience in managing institutions focused on capacity development in South Asia and South East Asia. Mr. Pande’s expertise includes corporate management and governance, institutional and human resources capacity development including training needs assessment and training impact and evaluation analysis, among others. He has provided project-based consultancy services in these areas, among others, to a number of ADB, World Bank and DFID (Department for International Development, UK) funded projects. His country/region-specific experience includes India, USA, Canada, South Asia, South East Asia, European Union, and China.
Mr. Russi P. Billimoria

Mr. Russi P. Billimoria began his career with Tata Steel where he rose to become the Director of Personnel. He then moved on to become Chairman, Steel Authority of India Limited and thereafter, Chairman, Indian Airlines and Chairman, Public Enterprises Selection Board. He is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of Billimoria Consultants (P) Limited, a management consultancy organization, and the President-Emeritus of the Foundation for Organisational Research and Education (FORE) which he founded. FORE School of Management, New Delhi, is now one of the top ten business schools in India as per Business Week ratings.
Mr. Sunil Chawla

Mr. Sunil Chawla is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of functional experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, M&A and Corporate Advisory, Investment Advisory and Management, Assurance, Taxation, Accounting and Project Finance and monitoring.
He is a Partner at Jacob Ballas Capital India Private Limited, a premier private equity firm that advises three India Funds with total assets under management of USD 500 million and New York Life Insurance Company as the anchor investor. His previous assignment was with Tata Finance Limited – at that time India’s largest non-banking finance company – as Head of Corporate Finance for North India. Before that Sunil spent two years with International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Canada as the Finance Head of its South Asia office.
Sunil serves on the board of a few companies including Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd (India’s first private sector port company, majority owned and managed by the A.P.Moller/ Maersk Group, Denmark), Bhilwara Energy Limited (a leading Indian hydro power generation company), Pipavav Shipyard Limited (which is putting up India’s largest shipbuilding yard in Gujarat) and NYLI-VB Asset Management Co. (Mauritius), LLC.
Dr. Sanat Kaul

Dr. Sanat Kaul has the Bachelor and Masters degrees in Economics from the Delhi University, Masters of Science degree in Social Planning in Developing Countries from the London School of Economics (LSE), and holds a PhD degree in Economics from LSE. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Air and Space Law from the McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
Dr. Sanat Kaul has several years of experience in the aviation sector. He was the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India with responsibility for management and administration of all aspects of International Civil Aviation including bilateral relations with other countries as well as with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). In addition, he was responsible for management and administration of (i) privatization/long-term leasing of the major international airports and; (ii) construction of new green-field airports. He was also a member of the Board of Airport Authority of India and a member of the Steering Committee for the Bangalore Greenfield Airport. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Air India. Dr. Sanat Kaul gained experience in addressing global concerns/issues facing the aviation sector as Representative of India to the Council of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Montreal, Canada from September 2002 to September 2005. Dr. Kaul recently retired as the Chairman and Managing Director, Delhi Tourism & Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC) and Principal Secretary(Public Relations), Govt. of NCT of Delhi. As Chairman and Managing Director, Delhi Tourism, he was responsible for promotion of tourism in Delhi, and managing the Corporation’s Training Institute where training in tourism related activities is imparted.
Mr. Ravi Srinivasan

Mr. Ravi Srinivasan has a BSE in Electrical Engineering (with High Honors) from Princeton University, with minors in Engineering Management Systems and Applied Mathematics. He also holds an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He has over 16 years of professional experience in building organizations, operations, technology and outsourcing and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course.
Most recently, Ravi was a Principal and continues as an ongoing advisor at Pride Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm where he incubated a BPO organization in insurance and claims processing. He has also advised, founded and operated other firms in the Internet and BPO spaces. Through 2007, Ravi was a co-founder of OfficeTiger, a leading, 8,000-person strong global BPO provider that was acquired by RR Donneley for $250mm in 2006. Among other roles, he was responsible for the entire initial technical architecture and procurement of OfficeTiger's technology-enabled BPO services business as well as for account managing key strategic clients and partners, including RR Donnelley itself. Prior to OfficeTiger, Ravi was establishing Canadian operations for MicroStrategy. As a member of the MicroStrategy Society of Deans, Ravi was an instructor at MicroStrategy’s Company Days training events. Earlier in his career, Ravi was a consultant at Oracle and was selected to Oracle's prestigious Club Excellence.
Mr. Ramnendra Trivedi

Mr. Ramnendra Trivedi was enrolled as an Advocate in 1963. He served as the Additional Solicitor General of India from May 1998 to May 2004. Prior to this, he was the Advocate General of the state of Uttar Pradesh (UP), and the Additional Advocate General of UP for over ten years. Currently he is a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India.
Mr. Trivedi has made significant contributions towards promotion of human rights. He founded the Human Rights Institute in Lucknow – the first institute in India for creating awareness about human rights issues in the context of development – and has worked with a number of international organizations concerned with human rights. For example, he has served as Secretary of the South Asian Association for Right to Development; Advisor to the Board of the Lawyers Committee on International Human Rights, New York; and Member, Executive Committee on Defense of Children International, Geneva. Mr. Trivedi is also engaged in teaching and training in India and abroad. For example, he taught a course on Protection of Ethnic Minorities at the Internationale Des Droit de L’home, Strasbourg; delivered lectures at the Harvard Law School; and is associated with a number of initiatives in India for development of communication skills of the legal profession.

Mrs. Manju Dubey
Vice President – Placement, Education and Career Counseling, and Coordination
Mrs. Manju Dubey has eleven years of experience in placement services, education and career counseling, business development and negotiations with government agencies with whom she is well networked. She has placed a significant number of candidates in various reputed BPOs in India and successfully headhunted candidates with core Java skills for placement in Australia. Mrs. Dubey also works as a freelance recruiter for the Career Foundation, Greater Noida. Mrs. Dubey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the Patna University. She also holds the APTECH Diploma in Concept of Information, and Diploma in Journalism from the Institute of Journalism, New Delhi.
Mrs. Katia Galano
Advisor – Communication and Soft Skills Training and Content Development (Aviation)
Mrs. Katia Galano holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Management from the École des Hautes Études Commercial de Montréal (HEC), with specialization in Human Resources and International Commerce. She is also a Certified Airline Management Integration Program Trainer and has completed various professional Management Development courses. She is currently a partner in the DCA Communication Group. She has over 20 years of practical Management experience in Strategic Planning with an extensive background in sales, marketing and customer service in the Aviation and Telecommunication Sectors. She is currently mandated as Project Controller (PCO) on an International Project with Lufthansa Systems and Air Canada and has responsibility for implementing a Crew Planning and Communication Management system, deploying a new planning and control system (Pairing, Assignment, Tracking) for Flight Operations and In-Flight Service Crew Schedulers, executing a Remote Crew Contact System for Crew Members based on internet technology and integrating a communication system between Flight Scheduling and Operations Control. She is also the IT Project Manager for Aéroport de Montréal with responsibility for implementing IT solutions at Montréal Airport for Airside Operations and Marketing, Bag Tag Activation System (CUSSK), JOPA (software for logging airport security activities).
Mrs. Galano has also worked with Air Canada as Manager, Agency Sales Programs (Sales & Marketing) in which capacity she led and managed sales development activities, created incentive and recognition programs for the National Travel Agencies, negotiated with Star Alliance carriers partnership in various incentive and recognition programs, and designed and deployed an on-line incentive program solution. She has also worked as a Direct Marketing Manager, Aeroplan Customer Service Centre with responsibility for managing activities related to a call centre operation (up to 500 seats with an operation multiple sites); training, coaching, process design, technical support, communication, union negotiation and all other related support functions. One of her accomplishments was decentralization of Aeroplan Customer Service Operation in the reservation offices across the network.
Neal Madan
USA Representative and General Counsel
Neal Madan is one of the founders of International Law Associates. In this capacity, he oversees and manages the operations of M&S's domestic and international law and business practice. Neal represents multinational corporations in various matters including foreign and domestic venture establishment, trade, intellectual property and cross border collaboration. He also devises strategy for the transfer of personnel to and from the US, and assists with employment and labor compliance issues. Neal serves on the board of advisors for various corporations, and also leads M&S's pro bono legal division which tenders legal services to need-based organizations including schools and charities.
Neal was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Detroit's Mercy School of Law.
Balgovind Pande
Representative, Canada
Mr. Balgovind Pande is currently the Vice President of Atmacinta Inc., Canada, and the Associate General Advisor to the Naskapi Nation of Kawawachikamach, Québec. His responsibilities include, among others, overseeing special projects’ budgets exceeding $2,500,000; advising the Nation on policy, capacity building, telecommunications, and socio-economic development matters; developing, coordinating, and administering computer software development, and telecommunications initiatives; identifying and securing funding. He is also the Operations Manager of Naskapi Imuun Inc., Kawawachikamach, Québec with responsibilities that include raising funds from federal and provincial government agencies. He has been a Member of the Aboriginal Labor Market Adaptation Support System (“ALMASS”) Special Committee – First Nations Human Resources Development Commission of Québec (Montréal, Québec).
Balgovind’s areas of expertise include capacity-building; human resources development; project development and management; project fund raising; community development; policy analysis; health and social services program implementation; small-business development; information communications technology research and implementation; management operation systems analysis and procedures; software conceptualization, testing, and training. He has considerable experience in the Telecommunications sector, and has worked on implementation of broadband Internet services; assisting in the design and testing of specialized software applications; promoting specialized software applications to potential clients; and training clients to use specialized software applications.
Mr. Balgovind holds the Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Concordia University, Montréal, Québec, and Diplôme des Études Commerçiale (Commerce) from the John Abbott College, Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Québec.
Major General B. K. Bhatia
An electronics engineer by background, General Bhatia is an alumni of I I T Kanpur, holds a Masters Degree both in Engineering & Business Administration (HR) & is a BEI technique qualified Interviewer from the Defence Institute of Psychological Research. Major General B K Bhatia is the Director Products & HR at Saigun Technologies Pvt Ltd. He is the Concept designer of ‘EmpXtrack’: an integrated web based Human Capital & Performance Management System. He has served the prestigious Tata Group as Head Corporate HR & Quality. He has conducted many Management Development programs & Assessment Centers as a Senior Consultant at the Tata Management Training Center (TMTC). He has been Advisor HR to North Delhi Power Ltd. He has commanded a Services Selection Center and was the Chief Instructor at the Military College of EME. He brings with him a cumulative HRD experience of nearly 45 years in defense and industry. He is a Fellow member each of the Institution of Engineers & IETE, Member AIMA, an HR Consultant on the Panel of CDC & a Senior Member of the Computer Society of India.

Dr. Joshua Glazer has a PhD in Education from the University of Michigan. Dr. Glazer is a distinguished researcher and consultant on the effectiveness of educational methodologies and institutional training. He has an extensive background in training program evaluation.
Prof. Anand P. Gupta
Prof. Anand P. Gupta has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Florida; he also did his M.A. in economics from the University of Florida. He was the Professor of Economics and Chairman of Economics Area at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, from February 1979-July 1997 and a Recipient of the Best Faculty Award. He is currently the Director, Economic Management Institute, New Delhi, and the Adviser, National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited, Faridabad. Also, he is the Guest Faculty, In-Service Training Programs for IAS Officials, Government of India’s Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. Other positions that he has held include Public Finance and Fiscal Policy Specialist with the World Bank, Development Fellow with the Institute of International Education; Guest Scholar at the Brookings Institution; Consultant to several multilateral and bilateral organizations including the International Labor Office, United Nations, United States-India Business Council, Canadian International Development Agency, and the World Bank. Current professional interests include: designing, monitoring and evaluating public expenditure management reforms; economic analysis of infrastructure investment projects; evaluation of performance of public enterprises; and designing rational electricity and water prices.
Dr. Adam Lefstein
Dr. Lefstein has a PhD in Educational Studies from King’s College in London. Dr. Lefstein is an expert on English language education. He has designed language training programs for numerous institutions around the globe and is a highly sought after lecturer on teaching effectiveness and curriculum design. He has published numerous articles in academic journals about training methodologies and English language education.
Mr. Navin M. Parekh
Mr. Parekh did his M.B.A. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Chicago. He also holds Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics, and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Bombay. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of training including training needs assessment, organizational diagnosis, training program design, curriculum development, training delivery and facilitation, training impact assessment, and training trainers. He has provided training and related services to a large number of organisations including Bell Canada International; Export Development Canada; Federation of Canadian Municipalities; Ottawa Police; Public Service Commission (Canada); Public Works and Government Services Canada; Revenue Canada Taxation; Kimball Electronics Group (USA); Nortel Networks; Swift Denim (USA.); Tektronix Inc. (USA); and Telesat Canada; and, among others, Superintendentcia de Transportes, La Paz, which is the Bolivian national government’s transportation regulatory agency. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). In April 1991 he was invested by the Government of Canada with Member of Order of Canada, one of Canada’s highest civilian honors in recognition of his contribution to ethno-cultural communities in Canada.
Dr. Irfan A. Rizvi
Dr. Irfan Rizvi is a science graduate and postgraduate with specialization in Organizational Psychology. In addition, he has postgraduate qualification in Management from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, and a Doctoral degree from University of Delhi. His academic and research interest centers around leadership and communication, individual and institutional capacity building, professional education, and Management of Change. Dr. Rizvi started his career with HCL Ltd. He has also been a teaching and research faculty at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi for several years. Currently, Dr. Rizvi is the Professor of Organizational Behavior & Change Management at IILM, an autonomous business school in New Delhi, India, where he offers courses on Organizational Behavior, Business Communication, Leadership Communication, and Change Management. In addition, Dr. Rizvi is a visiting Professor of Organizational Behavior at the National Graduate School of Management (NGSM), Australian National University (ANU), Canberra (Australia), Shanghai University (China), and other Universities. As a “growth facilitator”, Dr. Rizvi has provided training in communication skills, performance management, team work, leadership, stress management, among others to business executives at all levels of a number of public and private sector organizations like the Airport Authority of India, ONGC, NTPC, BHEL, Power Grid Corporation, Punjab National Bank, Department of Personnel & Training, Astrum Sercom, Bajaj Group, BTR Wadco, Daewoo Motors, Grasim Industries, CONCORD Motors (a TATA enterprise), Delphi Corporation, Group4 Securicor, JK Group, Kinetic technologies, Sahara Airlines, Samsung India, and Tata-Donnelly.
Mr. Matthew Sigelman
Matthew Sigelman holds a Master's in Business Administration from Harvard University where he focused his studies in operations management. He received a Bachelor's with Honors in Public Policy from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Burning Glass. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of M4 Financial, a developer of financial analytics technologies for real time, automated business creditworthiness evaluation. Before M4 Financial, he was with Capital One, where he directed new consumer finance businesses in both domestic and foreign markets. Prior to Capital One, Matt led major transformation initiatives for Mesa Air Group as it sought to rationalize its operations and return to profitability. Earlier, he was a consultant with McKinsey and Company, where he helped clients in the financial services and telecommunications industries use data to tackle workforce effectiveness, marketing, and operational challenges.
Mr. Lawrence Vasell
Mr. Vasell is the Executive Vice President of JobPlex, an affiliate of DHR International, USA, which is an executive recruiting firm. He has over 25 years of Human Resource management experience with Mobil Oil Corporation, Marsh & McLennan and DHR International, At Mobil he managed joint venture projects in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia and Iran, identifying, training and repatriating Mobil employees on high profile international assignments. At Marsh & McLennan’s William M. Mercer human resources consulting unit he was the Human Resources Director for a professional services organization with over 6,000 employees which included responsibilities for training programs. Prior to joining the private sector, Mr. Vasell worked for the Atomic Energy Commission administering research grants at the Argonne National Laboratory in Chicago.
