Founded September 2007.
Vijyoti is a platform solution providing soft skills, based on a self-to-organization approach emphasizing core value behaviour.
Vijyoti has its headquarters in Noida, with satellite offices in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Montréal and New York. We deploy these solutions physically and virtually to both the education and corporate sector.
Founded in September 2007, we specialize in providing adult-work-readiness skills and corporate behavior-based learning programs through our proprietary 7-Step Nurture-Nature-Growth system of learning. Our program is for K-12 students, undergraduates, and graduates and for professionals at multiple levels in the corporate sector. Rooted in our Nurture modules of Managing Self and Critical Thinking, our goal is to bring about sustained development of life skills that make the individual self-reliant and an invaluable thinking member of the community, with the ability to have dialogue as opposed to having learned reactions.
We are responding to the above need and to the explosive demand for talented professionals who have the ability to communicate effectively and who can be immediately absorbed in a company for ‘production’ of services. Vijyoti specializes in behaviour-based employability skills learning solutions including business and cross-cultural communication. These and our core life skills programs are deployed both in corporate programs and directly in the education sector — university and secondary.
