We are looking for talented people who would like to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment for the post of Sr. Manager Facilitators.
Who we’re looking for
The candidates should have experience of 5–6 years in a facilitator’s role preferably in more than one sector with focus on communications, behavioral and leadership training and counseling/healing.
We are open to multiple backgrounds – HR, mediation lawyers, teachers/professors, marketing, operations and engineers.
Essential qualities: the facilitator should have an excellent command of English, be empathetic, emotionally mature and have a passion for self-empowerment.

Job responsibilities
A self-starter, the individual:
- Should own and manage the client relationship
- Should prepare thoroughly, including content, material and delivery customization
- Should perform to the Vijyoti benchmark quality
- Should generate, measure and evaluate client ROI
- Should market/sell Vijyoti products and services
- Should record and execute client feedback to update and continuously improve quality of content and delivery, reflected in Train-The-Trainer manual
- Should be a self-starter focused on getting the job done
- Should maintain and manage the telephone bills
- Should advise management with cost cutting measures
- Should keep a track of vendor expenses
- Should generate weekly and monthly expense reports
