Screening and Verification Services

• The first prerequisite to gain admission to Vijyoti is to clear the screening/verification criteria
• Screening services will test for university/educational institute qualification, authenticity of employment record and antecedents of students/jobseekers via police verification. The screening/verification process will be facilitated by our network of select individuals located across India
• Vijyoti will create a database of verified candidates, updated periodically for authenticity

Placement Services

• Vijyoti will leverage a network of select national and international recruitment agencies to facilitate placement of its students. Our in-house placement cell, in conjunction with recruitment agencies, will be responsible for placing our qualified students in select Fortune 1000 companies
• The non-Vijyoti jobseekers, recommended for placement by us, will have to mandatorily meet the minimum qualification criteria in communications and soft-skills as developed by Vijyoti
