• An International Management Board with responsibility for defining the corporate policy framework and quality parameters with respect to programs, training and services
  
  
• A Management Team to operationalise and implement the Board’s policies and guidelines
  
  
• An International Advisory Board to bring in international best practices in training content design and delivery, and exercise quality control
  
  
• A team of professional certified trainers, marketing and sales personnel, and a qualified and experienced finance expert for on-the-ground implementation of Vijyoti growth strategy per Company policy and pre-defined quality metrics
